Bit off more than I can chew (again)

I know I'm supposed to have my etsy sale tomorrow and looking around, I am SOOO not ready for it. Like AT. ALL. Ugh, I hate to push it back, but I might have to?

There's been a lot going on here at home this week and unexpected things have snapped up my time. This is doubly worse because I did a thing that's often been a problem for me: I literally dream that I've done something to the point where I believe the dream is a memory and I think that something has been done only to find out WHOOPS, no it hasn't.

*GROAN*

We'll see what tomorrow will bring.

What all is involved? Can you adjust how much you're actually involved on the day, and focus your energies later on shipping etc? Or are you chock-a-block for the foreseeable future? I'm sure the people hanging on for your sale will understand and come back whenever you reschedule it ...

I hadn't intended to do a sale or a calendar this year, so once I decided I would do one, it was a bit late in the game. I had to unearth the pieces for the sale (my work tends to get squirreled away all over the house in boxes and random notebooks), bundle and photograph them. I just finished creating all the Etsy listing which have all the pricing that I hate to do. But I got it all squared away today and will go live with the sale tomorrow.
I am nervous about the calendar as I have 5 entries still to create. I was derailed this week by spending time with family at hospitals (and again tomorrow) and other hiccups this week has brought. The physical pain I'm in seems to be subsidizing so yey for small miracles!

Ohhhh so this is another sale, not your jewelry sale! I see. Yes, that is a lot to organise at the last minute!

Very sorry to hear about family in hospitals! D: I hope they're on the road to recovery!

Yes, this is my semi-annual sale of sketches and art work. I haven't sold jewelry in a long while (I mostly just use it as gifts for people nowadays) and I'm picking up with my sewing/embroidery which will likely be for my own sake. :)

The family is going to be ok. Grandma (as it turns out) was just looking for a little attention, but my cousin might be looking at some medical malpractice, so it might be a bit of journey.

We'll keep on truckin'.
