Sherlock finds it amusing that Molly still hides what she reads.
He's not really sure what she's trying to accomplish, firstly by thinking that he wouldn't figure out that no one would ever put a dust jacket on a paperback, or secondly, thinking that when she sat right beside him on the couch he wouldn't be able to plainly see that she was reading a romance novel.
Still, he finds it kind of cute.
