CoronaQuarantine 2020

I heard recently once again the importance of keeping a journal, particularly when things are anxious and stressful.

It got me thinking about some things I've realized:
- despite all that's going on and the fact that "normal" as I know it is gone and is not ever coming back, I don't feel anxious.
- I am so so SO blessed in my life by God and that's why I don't feel anxious.
- I don't feel anything but the normal stresses from work (which I'm still actually doing at home).
- I am extremely and constantly grateful for the people in my life.

Keeping a journal has always been difficult for me, even more so now that I'm older. This is probably because I prefer interaction and conversation rather than speaking into The Void. That's the reason I've likely always gravitated to platforms that allow for constant interaction with others: I need the feedback, CONSTANTLY (lest I be left alone with my own mind for too long and actually crack).

Anyway. Let's try this again.

If it encourages you to keep journaling here, I will promise to leave a comment on every post!
